If you wish to return a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with your tracking number. The shipping fee for returning faulty items will be covered by us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for clothing items.
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to initiate an exchange, including your tracking number for faster assistance.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Store Credit
For any items returned (not faulty), we will issue a store credit only.
Store credits can be used for future purchases at Ellison Livewell.
